1. How do I place an order?
To place an order, select the desired items, add them to your cart, then proceed to checkout. Fill in your shipping and payment information before confirming the purchase.
2. What payment methods do you accept?
We accept credit/debit cards, PayPal, as well as other secure payment methods. You can choose your preferred method during checkout.
3. Can I modify or cancel my order?
Orders are processed quickly after confirmation. Modifying or canceling an order that has already been shipped is difficult. Please contact us immediately if needed, and we will do our best to assist you.
4. How can I track my order?
You will receive an email containing a tracking number once your order has been shipped. Use this number on the carrier’s website to track its progress.
5. What are the delivery fees?
Delivery fees vary depending on your address and the chosen method. The exact amount will appear at checkout. Some orders qualify for free delivery under certain conditions.
6. What are the delivery times?
Delivery times vary based on your address. Generally, local delivery takes 3 to 7 business days. For international deliveries, the time may be longer.
7. How do I return a product?
You can return your order within 14 days of receipt. Products must be in new, unused, and intact condition. Please see our return policy for more details.
8. Can I exchange a product?
We currently do not offer direct exchanges. You can return a product and place a new order as a replacement.
